Casino inspires me to learn C#/.Net
It is true! I have been going through, what you would call as "programmer's block" for a year or so. I have not been able to learn any new technology or create any software. My attempts to learn .Net and C# have been futile until my recent trip to Atlantic City. I decided to develop the game of Sic Bo using C#. Hurray! I can now say that I am extremely comfortable with the .Net platform and the C# language.
Download the game with source code and watch the video of its making from my website.

Hey Ashish!
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome way to learn as you have said. Some of the terms from the "object oriented world" went way over my head, but I get the idea. Pretty cool. Keep it up! I am thinking you have to find a way to learn Spanish like this-keep me in the loop. I can maybe teach you a thing or two..:-)
